President's Message
Occidental Mindoro State College is a state institution of higher learning that shall be the driving force in uplifting human living conditions and improving the quality of life of the people in the province of Occidental Mindoro and the country. It shall provide affordable and quality education and shall offer innovative solutions to various societal challenges through its instruction, relevant research and extension efforts.
